BA4103: The tape driver does not support the operation¶

Description¶
This error usually indicates that a setting you have set within BackupAssist isn't supported by you particular tape drive.
Resolution¶
Check over manufacturer's notes on your particular tape drive to make sure that certain settings that you're using in BackupAssist are compatible with your tape drive (particularly writing file marks and file seeking abilities).
