BA412: The burner drive is not available¶

Description¶
This error is usually thrown when the burning drive is not available for use when BackupAssist is trying to burn to the CD/DVD/Blu-ray.
Resolution¶
Check to make sure there isn't another process accessing the burning drive at the same time as BackupAssist.
Try a test burn using an alternative burning program to see if it's able to access the drive correctly or not.
