BA430: Unable to connect to FTP server¶

Description¶
This error occurs when BackupAssist isn't able to reach the FTP server and make a connection.
Resolution¶
Make sure you can reach the FTP server from the machine BackupAssist is installed on.
Try connecting to the FTP server using an alternate FTP client such as the Windows native FTP client as an alternative.
