Description¶
Your backup job has failed to run for one of the following reasons:
- The free trial period for the Tape Archiving add-on has expired.
- Your Tape Archiving add-on license has not yet been activated.
- Your Tape Archiving add-on was licensed for a set period of time and needs to be renewed.

1. Purchase the Tape Archiving add-onlicense
To purchase the Tape Archiving add-on license, please visit our website.
2. Activate your Tape Archiving add-onlicense.
Enter and activate (or reactivate) your product key using the fields provided.
