Description¶
Your Hyper-V Advanced add-on is not active for one of the following reasons:
- The free trial period for the Hyper-V Advanced add-on has expired.
- Your Hyper-V Advanced add-on license has not yet been activated.
- Your Hyper-V Advanced add-on was licensed for a set period of time and needs to be renewed.
Resolution¶
1. Purchase the Hyper-V Advanced add-on license
To purchase the Hyper-V Advanced add-on license, please visit our website
2. Activate your Hyper-V Advanced add-on license
- On the BackupAssist file menu, select Help > Licensing
- Enter and activate (or reactivate) your product key using the fields provided.
