The Open Files Add-on stopped being sold on 31 December 2013, and technical support for it ended on 30 June 2014. See Software end of life.

Description¶
This error occurs when you try to use the Advanced Open Files Add-on after installing the component, however haven't performed the necessary re-boot after the install.
Resolution¶
Re-boot your server and this should resolve this error if you've installed the Advanced Open Files Add-on correctly. Please click here for documentation on the correct installation process.
