Description¶
Your backup job has failed to run because you are using Cloud Backup and the free trial period for the Cloud Backup add-on has expired and you have not activated a license for Cloud Backup.
Resolution¶
To continue using Cloud Backup, you will need to activate BackupAssist Desktop with Cloud Backup license. Standard BackupAssist Desktop licenses do not support Cloud Backup.
Alternatively, you can purchase a full BackupAssist base license plus the Cloud Backup Add-on, or you can purchase the Cloud Backup Standalone license, which provides Cloud Backup as well as additional server-grade features.
