BA7009: Cloud container incorrect region selected¶

Description¶
This error occurs when you create an Amazon S3 (AWS) Cloud Backup job and specify a region, and then edit the job after it has been created and change the region. Since the bucket already exists, AWS cannot create another bucket in the newly selected region with a duplicate name.
Resolution¶
Select the correct region or change the bucket name.
If you want to move the bucket from the previously selected region to the new region, then you must:

Delete the bucket from the existing region using the Amazon S3 Management portal.

Create a new bucket in the newly selected region.
There are two ways to do this in BackupAssist:

Recreate the backup job.

Rename the bucket in the existing backup job then select Check Destination. This will create a new bucket with the new name.
To do this, edit your backup job and then select Destination from the list on the left.
