BA7036: Cloud City Could Not Get Immutable Container¶
The specified immutable container does not exist. Please create it using the provider portal, and remember to configure the container with immutable settings
| Error code | Product | Applies to |
|---|---|---|
| BA7036 | BackupAssist Classic | BackupAssist Classic v15 and later |
Description¶
BackupAssist’s Cloud Immutability setting for Cloud Backup jobs requires that the target bucket/container is manually created and configured with immutability settings.
If you receive this error, it means that the backup job is configured using the Cloud Immutability feature, however the target bucket/container does not yet exist.
Resolution¶
Please create the configured bucket/container with immutability features enabled at the provider.
See Cloud Immutability for more details on configuring your bucket/container with BackupAssist.
