BA7047: Could not list cloud backups¶

Description¶
BackupAssist lists the existing backups in the cloud container to manage retention, compile usage figures, and present restore points. BA7047 is a warning recorded when that listing could not be completed for this run.
It is usually caused by a transient loss of connectivity to the cloud provider, provider rate-limiting, or an access-permission problem with the container. The backup data itself is not affected.
Resolution¶
Resolution 1 - Re-run the backup (recommended)¶
Run the job again, or wait for the next scheduled backup. Ensure the machine has a stable connection to the cloud provider.
Resolution 2 - Check credentials and permissions¶
Confirm the cloud storage credentials and permissions for the destination are still valid and allow listing the container's contents.
Resolution 3 - If it persists¶
If BA7047 recurs, generate diagnostics and contact support - BackupAssist Support page.

The backup report shows: Could not list cloud backups.
