BA7048: Cannot compile the cloud media usage report¶

Description¶
BackupAssist compiles a media usage report that summarises how much cloud storage the backups are using. BA7048 is a warning recorded when that report could not be compiled for this run.
This does not affect the backup - only the usage figures are unavailable for this run. It is usually transient, and can follow from BackupAssist being unable to list the cloud backups (BA7047).
Resolution¶
Resolution 1 - Re-run the backup (recommended)¶
Run the job again, or wait for the next scheduled backup; the usage report is normally compiled successfully once connectivity is stable. If BA7047 is also reported, resolve that first.
Resolution 2 - If it persists¶
If BA7048 recurs, generate diagnostics and contact support - BackupAssist Support page.
