BA914: Volume Shadow Copy Error 0x80042313 - flush writes timeout¶

Description¶
This particular VSS error is caused due to high disk activity. High disk activity does not allow VSS to create a shadow copy in the default time period when a snapshot is being performed.
Resolution¶
Re-schedule your backup to run at a time when disk activity isn't as high.
